The laser is an incredible tool with tremendous versatility and amazing precision. The ability to custom engrave, cut, or mark almost any material opens an almost limitless list of possibilities from creative gifts and awards to industrial parts. With no other tool can you get custom cutting, marking, or engraving at prices that often are less than 'run of the mill' productions.

 

Gold Medal Productions has invested in the finest CO2 laser available. Trotec laser systems are incredibly accurate, reliable, and versatile and will deliver the best possible laser production available on the market today. Two years of research preceded my laser choice, and I learned that there is quite a difference in the quality that different machine manufactures are able to deliver. Despite the cost, I chose to buy the best one. A Trotec. However, the laser is just a tool and is ultimately only as good as the software and the creative person at the controls.

 

I can truly claim a lifetime of creative education that culminated in my professional abilities. With my mother as an art educator and professional artist I grew up in a unique environment that included, oil paints, watercolors, wood carvings, and tagging along to University classes starting at the ripe old age of three. While I never developed my mother's ability with a brush or chisel, I discovered that I was a master of composition and quickly established myself as a professional photographer. With a degree in film and video production I was able to offer my customers quality portraits, commercial photography, and complete digital pre-press services. (Computer graphics & layout - remember no brushes for this guy) Gold Medal Photography was started in 1989 and quickly became Gold Medal Productions as the variety of projects I contracted grew.

 

The Laser is just a tool. A great tool! But what I offer, even guarantee, is the ability to deliver superior product at prices that meet or beat anyone else in the industry.

 

Well if I'm going to introduce myself, I might as well paint the whole picture.  Between projects I have been teaching photography, journalism, and social studies to HS students. Just because there happened to be a few more hours left in the day I also coached cross-country and track. (Three state championships!)  Landscaping, building, auto mechanics, and volunteering as an EMT/Firefighter round out the picture. How does any of this matter? I think that my versatility will make it possible for me to have a deeper understanding of your product/project needs.
